The 2022 edition of WTR 1000 – the World Leading Trademark Professionals – ranked TIMES Attorneys again as a leading firm (gold band) for trademark enforcement and litigation. Michael Noth, Andrea Mondini and Markus Kaiser have been identified as recommended individuals in these fields.
Stephan Netzle acted as legal counsel for several international winter sport federations at the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing and successfully represented them in seven cases before the CAS ad hoc Division and the CAS Anti-Doping Division. The CAS provides for a fast-track procedure on-site to avoid interruption of the Olympic competitions by legal disputes.
