Stephan Netzle acted as legal counsel for several international winter sport federations at the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing and successfully represented them in seven cases before the CAS ad hoc Division and the CAS Anti-Doping Division. The awards are public (www.tas-cas.org/en/jurisprudence/recent-decisions.html). The CAS provides for a fast-track procedure on-site to avoid interruption of the Olympic competitions by legal disputes.
