Andrea Mondini joins TIMES Attorneys

We are very pleased to announce that Andrea Mondini joins TIMES Attorneys as a new partner, as of 1st October 2017.

Andrea Mondini is one of the leading Swiss IP lawyers. His main areas of practice include litigation and arbitration of intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent litigation, particularly in the pharmaceutical field. He also advises on licensing, distribution, franchising, R&D and technology transfer agreements.

Andrea has more than 25 years of experience in the IP field. Before joining TIMES Attorneys, he was a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer for 17 years. Andrea is one of the attorneys-at-law appearing most frequently before the Swiss Federal Patent Court.

Andrea Mondini is recognized a leading individual in the IP field in professional directories such as Chambers (Band 1), Legal 500 (leading individual), IAM1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners (Band 1) and won the Client Choice Award 2016 for Switzerland in the category Intellectual Property / Trademarks.
