Dr. Mirjam Koller-Trunz

Mirjam Koller Trunz studied law at the university of Zurich (MLaw). From 2013 to 2015 she worked as an assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Haas. During that time she was an ad hoc clerk at the Court of Arbitration for Sport and wrote her dissertation in the field of sports law (Dr. iur.). Before becoming an associate and (as of 1 October 2023) partner of TIMES Attorneys she worked as a trainee and – following her admission to the bar in 2018 – as an attorney-at-law at the top ranked Swiss law firm Bär & Karrer AG in the team “Media, Entertainment & Sports”. Since 2021, Mirjam Koller Trunz is an Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector at UEFA as well as a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation.

Mirjam Koller Trunz represents clients in proceedings before public authorities, state courts and arbitral tribunals. Her practice focuses primarily on sports law. Other areas of practice include employment law, contract law, intellectual property law, advertising law, media law, medical law and data protection law.

Mirjam Koller Trunz is a member of the Zurich and Swiss bar association.
